Goodreads Summary
Fans of Jennifer Donnelly will flock to the new romantic thriller from #1 New York Times bestselling author Kelley Armstrong.

The only thing Winter Crane likes about Reeve’s End is that soon she’ll leave it. Like her best friend did. Like her sister did. Like most of the teens born in town have done. There’s nothing for them there but abandoned mines and empty futures. They’re better off taking a chance elsewhere.

The only thing Winter will miss is the woods. Her only refuge. At least it was. Until the day she found Lennon left for dead, bleeding in a tree.

But now Lennon is gone too. And he has Winter questioning what she once thought was true. What if nobody left at all? What if they’re all missing?

Don’t we all love a good mystery? There’s something so addictive about the need for the truth and the foreboding threat of a once safe haven to Winter has me intrigued. I’ve not read a Kelley Armstrong book yet but I can easily see myself blitzing through this book. 😀

What’s your most anticipated book?

  1. Omg, the protagonist is a fellow season! And it’s Kelley Armstrong! I read one of her series when I was a preteen and loved it. (It was during my Twilight obsession era, so who knows if I’d feel the same way now, haha.) I’m not into mysteries normally, but this has me intrigued. 😛

I swear you share the best books for WoW, Lois. XD

    1. You seasonal kids got to stick together haha. I had no idea she was such a popular author cause I just stumbled upon this book by chance. Mysteries are a hit or miss for me. As always I have to be in the right mood for those kind of books but the cover makes it look like a good autumnal read haha.
