Even with my disappointment in the third book this series remains to be one of my favourites because Akiva and Karou’s journey is just so beautiful. I have the urge to re-read my favourite moments now haha.

The writing in this series is absolutely stunning, dreamlike and haunting and the characters are just so layered and complex. I hope you enjoy the books and I definitely believe they are worth the read. 😀
